Nterway People Check (NPC), an independent division that is in charge of the reference check service at Nterway Partners, was established in 2007 to satisfy customers’ request. NPC helps organizations gain an additional level of information on their applicant, beyond what is listed on their resume, that can provide them greater insight to a person’s work ethic and abilities.
Our expert consultants in each field verify the candidate’s professional references and credentials(degrees, licenses, certifications, etc.). They collect comments on 8 criteria including candidate’s job performance, behavior, qualification, etc. from the candidate’s immediate superior, coworkers, clients, and others.
NPC provides client companies with a verification report including comprehensive, performance-based reference check that provides a 360-degree view of a candidate.
